These Terms of Service govern your use of the Signly LK mobile application (the "App"), provided by [LEGAL ENTITY OR PUBLISHER NAME] ("we", "us").

Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using Signly LK (“the app”), you agree to these terms.

Use of the app

Signly LK is an independent study and practice tool for the Sri Lankan driving theory and road sign exam. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced in partnership with the Department of Motor Traffic, Sri Lanka, or any government body. Road sign designs and exam-style questions are presented for study purposes only.

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute or resell the app or its content, and not to use it in any way that violates applicable law.

We may suspend or discontinue the app at any time. Your licence ends automatically if you fail to comply with these terms.

Intellectual property

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial study purposes.

Disclaimer

Practising with the app does not guarantee a pass in any official examination. Always refer to the official Department of Motor Traffic materials as the authoritative source.

We take reasonable care to keep road sign content and exam rules current, but road signage and regulations can change. The app is provided “as is” without warranty that content is complete or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, including any reliance on its content for an official examination.

Third-party services

The free version of the app displays advertisements served by Google AdMob, described in our Privacy Policy. An optional one-time “Remove Ads” purchase is available through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and is subject to that store's own payment and refund policies.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
